Martin & Jen's Wedding Photos // St Andrews in the Square, Glasgow
This is a wedding from way back in July 2014. I had known Martin for a while as I had previously photographed his band Lightguides a few times. He is an awesome guy so I was totally delighted when he called to chat about wedding photography. When I met up with him and his then fiancé Jen, I knew it was going to be such a fun wedding. They are both so laid back and that totally paid off on their wedding day.
It was the day before the end of the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. And we were right next to Glasgow Green, which was completely barricaded due to the games! Then, it rained. And it rained some more. But regardless these guys rolled with the punches and had a totally beautiful wedding.
We actually popped out to Glasgow Green a few months later for a wee post-wedding shoot and it was great to get them both in front of the camera again. I'll no doubt get some of those photos up here soon as well.
